Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven National Client Success Manager to take immediate responsibility for prospecting and selling to home service professionals nationally. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the home services industry. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company with immense growth potential and unlimited income potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities with home service professionals around the US.
  • Engage in outbound cold calling to contact business owners (at least 30 cold calls per day may be required).
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of joining The Good Contractors List to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing members.
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Occasional travel to trade shows, events, and our Dallas headquarters in required.
  • Participate in community functions and company events.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role is required.
  • Experience working with and selling to home service professionals (e.g., plumbers, electricians, roofers, HVAC technicians, etc.) is highly preferred. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with decision-makers across various levels.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, showcasing initiative.
  • Ability to thrive under the pressure of sales quotas and be highly motivated.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is preferred.

  • Competitive base salary of $4,000 per month.
